One of our main role as your union is to negotiate with employers about the matters affecting our members and other employees at work. Being formally recognised by an employer, we can negotiate with the employer over terms and conditions. These negotiations are  what is called in the trade ” collective bargaining”

Our union will represent our members at employment tribunals.

Our union provide adequate advisory services for our members and in
particular assist them to understand the terms and conditions of their
employment.

Our union will provide the opportunity for our members to develop their potential by continuously upgrading you through training.
